We are pleased to share that Erin Roth will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Canadian Bar Association (CBA) Immigration Law Conference in May 2026. Erin will participate in a session titled “The Data Doesn’t Sleep: Understanding and Litigating Systemic Issues.”
This session examines how lawyers are using data, collaboration, and strategic litigation to identify and challenge systemic refusal patterns in Canada’s immigration system. It will highlight the shift from anecdotal concerns to evidence-based cases, while addressing key practical and ethical considerations such as confidentiality, evidentiary limits, and Federal Court practice, and exploring how systemic arguments can be effectively advanced within existing legal frameworks.
