Presentation on the intersection of Immigration and Criminal Law

Round table discussion on unaccompanied minors
On 3 February 2018, Erin Roth is presenting at a Round Table discussion on unaccompanied minors, hosted by the American Bar Association. This is an opportunity to share and discuss the differences in how unaccompanied minors are accommodated in Canada and the United States, particularly in respect to issues of immigration detention and refugee claims.

CBA National Immigration Conference
On June 10, 2017, Jennifer Ellis presented a paper and moderated a panel discussion at the Canadian Bar Association’s National Immigration Conference in Toronto, Ontario.
