CBA National Conference – presentation

Erica Olmstead is presenting at the opening session for the CBA Annual National Conference on Tricks of the Advocate’s Trade with speakers from the Federal Court and the Immigration and Refugee Board.

The session focuses on the “nuts and bolts” for immigration litigators to be successful advocates. The session explores building proficiency in procedures when appearing before the Federal Court and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, covering COVID realities, oral and written submissions, developing arguments, digital filings, and virtual hearings.
