Peter Edelmann was a guest lecturer at the Administrative and Regulatory law seminar in the Criminology Department at the Richmond campus of Kwantlen Polytechnic University. He gave the students a practitioner’s view of immigration law and the nuts and bolts of administrative decision-making, with a particular focus on the Tran case that will be heard at the SCC in January.
