CBA National Immigration Conference
On June 10, 2017, Jennifer Ellis presented a paper and moderated a panel discussion at the Canadian Bar Association’s National Immigration Conference in Toronto, Ontario. Jennifer’s paper, Searches of Electronic Devices at Canadian Ports of Entry, is available to conference attendees through the CBA.

On Saturday, May 6th, Peter Edelmann presented at the Criminal Law Perspectives 2017 course put on by CLEBC . He joined RCMP Cpl Paul Wrigglesworth and Crown counsel Jay Fogel to discuss the practical aspects of electronic device searches.
CARL conference – presentation
On May 5th, Erin Roth is presenting at the annual conference for the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers (CARL). She will be speaking about the importance of corroborative evidence for refugee claimants, and the connection between credibility and providing documentary evidence to substantiate the refugee claim.
