Charlotte Trinh
Legal Assistant
Charlotte Trinh (pronouns: she/her) joined Edelmann & Co. Law Offices in early 2026, where she supports the firm’s practice with a broad range of legal matters. Her work includes preparing materials for Federal Court, Immigration Appeal Division, and Refugee Protection Division, as well as help with submissions of permanent residence, temporary residence, H&C, and other immigration matters. She also assists with communicating and obtaining records from IRCC, CBSA, the IRB, the RCMP, and other provincial courts, and supports the preparation of affidavits, cover letters, and other legal documentation. She works closely with lawyers and clients throughout the progression of files, with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and clear communication. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at another law firm specializing in immigration and family law.
Charlotte holds a bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Legal Studies at the same institution. Her academic background, combined with her experience has strengthened her interest in the Canadian legal system and in providing thoughtful and ethical support to clients navigating complex legal processes.
Charlotte is fluent in both Vietnamese and English. Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time outdoors and training for her first marathon.
